  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care to patients.

  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address any deficiencies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Operations Management, Preferably In A Dialysis Or Other Specialized Care Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With The Ability To Effectively Motivate And Develop Staff.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And Healthcare Professionals.
