  1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple DaVita Kidney Care facilities, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
  2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among staff members.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
  5. Monitor facility performance and make strategic decisions to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  7. Collaborate with other Group Facility Administrators and corporate leadership to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives.
  8. Manage budgets and financials for the facilities, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the facilities and other healthcare providers, community organizations, and patients' families to enhance the patient experience and promote the DaVita brand.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and implement new processes and technology to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration Or Management, Preferably In A Dialysis Or Renal Care Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Operations, Specifically In The Dialysis Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Teams, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
