  1. Oversee the operations of multiple dialysis clinics within our network.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and supportive environment for patients and team members.
  3. Uphold and promote the company's values and mission.
  4. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  7. Monitor and manage financial performance of facilities, including budgeting and cost control.
  8. Collaborate with other department leaders to drive overall company goals and objectives.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development for team members.
  10. Handle any patient or employee concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in our facilities.
  12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Maintain open communication with upper management and provide regular updates on facility performance.
  14. Serve as a role model for ethical and compassionate leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Patients, Staff, And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Dialysis Facility.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Dialysis Facilities, Including Cms And Osha Requirements.
