  1. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals in multiple dialysis facilities.
  2. Ensure the delivery of exceptional care to patients with kidney disease.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care provided.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective patient care.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and community partners.
  7. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies.
  8. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  9. Oversee budgeting and financial management for the facilities.
  10. Communicate regularly with upper management and provide updates on facility performance.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth for all team members.
  14. Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team or with patients.
  15. Represent DaVita Kidney Care in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration, Preferably In A Dialysis Or Renal Care Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Facilities, Specifically In The Dialysis Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Providers.
