Job Description

Welcome to DaVita Kidney Care! We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Group Facility Administrator. As the Group Facility Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple dialysis facilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with kidney disease.   1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple dialysis facilities to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  3. Manage and monitor budget and financial performance of the facilities.
  4. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel.
  5. Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  7. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance companies, vendors, and community partners.
  9. Analyze data and use it to identify areas for improvement and make evidence-based decisions.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in kidney care to continuously improve operations.
  11. Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events.
  12. Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the facilities.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reports related to the facilities' operations.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement among staff members.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by all staff members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role Within A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Patients And Their Families.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Managing Financial And Operational Aspects Of A Healthcare Facility, Including Budgeting, Staffing, And Inventory Management.
