Job Description

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Group Facility Administrator to join our team and lead the operations of multiple dialysis facilities. As the Group Facility Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients, while also managing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of our facilities.   1. Oversee and manage the operations of multiple dialysis facilities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care to patients.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the facilities in alignment with company objectives.
  3. Manage and maintain the financial performance of the facilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including but not limited to CMS and HIPAA.
  5. Hire, train, and supervise facility staff, providing ongoing support and development to ensure a high-performing team.
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff and with other departments.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements and corrective actions as needed.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the facilities and corporate leadership, providing regular updates and reports on facility performance.
  9. Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to increase awareness and promote the services offered by DaVita Kidney Care.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into facility operations to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
  12. Collaborate with other Group Facility Administrators to share best practices and support each other in achieving company goals.
  13. Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction, responding to feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Act as a role model for staff, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Facility.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Facilities, Particularly In The Area Of Kidney Care.

  • Strong Financial Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Cost Control.
