- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple dialysis facilities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care to patients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the facilities in alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and maintain the financial performance of the facilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including but not limited to CMS and HIPAA.
- Hire, train, and supervise facility staff, providing ongoing support and development to ensure a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff and with other departments.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements and corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the facilities and corporate leadership, providing regular updates and reports on facility performance.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to increase awareness and promote the services offered by DaVita Kidney Care.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into facility operations to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
- Collaborate with other Group Facility Administrators to share best practices and support each other in achieving company goals.
- Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction, responding to feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Act as a role model for staff, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Facility.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Facilities, Particularly In The Area Of Kidney Care.
