- Oversee the daily operations of the facility and ensure that all processes and procedures are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional patient care by ensuring that all staff members are following best practices and protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for all staff members.
- Manage and monitor the facility budget, including expenses and revenue.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

- Manage and coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to patient care.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in patient care.
- Handle any facility-related emergencies or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Mentor and develop staff members, including providing training and professional development opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Dialysis Setting.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Healthcare Facilities, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Families, And Staff In A Compassionate And Professional Manner.
