  1. Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including managing staff, schedules, and patient care processes.
  2. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  3. Monitor and manage the financial performance of the facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  4. Collaborate with the regional and corporate leadership to establish strategic goals and objectives for the facility.
  5. Hire, train, and evaluate staff to ensure a high-performing team that delivers quality care to patients.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
  7. Ensure the facility maintains a high level of cleanliness, safety, and infection control.

  12. Serve as a liaison between the facility and corporate leadership, providing regular updates and reports on the facility's performance.
  13. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  14. Act as a role model for staff by demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
  15. Represent the facility at community events and networking opportunities to promote the organization's mission and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In An Administrative Or Managerial Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Specifically In The Field Of Nephrology And Dialysis.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Patients, Staff, And Other Healthcare Providers.
