As the Facility Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our center and providing top-notch care to our patients.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the facility and ensure that all activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
  3. Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment for the team.
  4. Ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating patient feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
  5. Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  6. Oversee the budget and financial management of the facility, including monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and facility operations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
  10. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the facility.
  12. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance patient care and overall performance of the facility.
  13. Handle any issues or concerns that may arise within the facility and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  14. Represent the facility in meetings and events with external stakeholders, such as community organizations and government agencies.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the facility remains at the forefront of kidney care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Dialysis Facility Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Particularly In Regards To Medicare And Medicaid Reimbursement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
