- Oversee day-to-day operations and management of the facility, ensuring high quality of care for patients with kidney disease.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve facility performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Manage and coordinate a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community members to promote awareness and education about kidney disease.
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure facility is equipped with necessary resources and supplies to provide optimal care to patients.
- Act as a liaison between the facility and other healthcare providers, promoting continuity of care for patients.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Serve as a role model for staff, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for serving patients with kidney disease.
- Collaborate with other Facility Administrators to share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration Or Management, Preferably In A Dialysis Or Renal Care Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Facilities And Patient Care.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
