- Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed and executed efficiently.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff, to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible care for patients.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain financial performance of the facility, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to provide exceptional care and service.
- Address and resolve any patient or employee concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other Facility Administrators and corporate leadership to share best practices and drive growth and success within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the facility.
- Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders, including patients, employees, and senior management.
- Embody and promote the mission, vision, and values of DaVita Kidney Care in all interactions and decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration, Preferably In A Dialysis Or Nephrology Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Previous Management Experience.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With A Diverse Team And Handle Difficult Situations With Patients And Staff.
