
Facility Administrator
DaVita Kidney Care is looking for an experienced Facility Administrator to join our team and help us to provide outstanding patient care and customer service. The Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall administrative and operational functions of the facility, including staff management, budgeting, compliance, data tracking, strategic planning, and customer service. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of administrative experience, and a strong background in healthcare. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to think critically and problem solve, and a commitment to providing superior patient care. Responsibilities:
- Manage staff operations and performance, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high levels of customer service and patient care.
- Monitor facility budget and track data to ensure efficient and effective operational performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and improve customer service.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all required reporting.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational and administrative issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the planning, development, and implementation of new initiatives.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and current trends.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all levels of the organization.
