  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and acquiring top executive talent.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  3. Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  4. Conduct thorough and strategic screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with executive candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform recruitment strategies.
  8. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers.
  9. Participate in recruitment events and represent the company as an employer of choice.
  10. Promote and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices in all recruitment activities.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of executive candidates.
  13. Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices in executive recruitment.
  14. Represent the company's values and culture in all interactions with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Sourcing Techniques, And Candidate Assessment Methods.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo And Affirmative Action Requirements.
