
Employee Relations Investigator

- Conduct thorough investigations into employee-related concerns, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, and workplace conflicts.
- Analyze and assess evidence gathered during investigations to determine the validity of complaints and provide recommendations for appropriate resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations and outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Conduct trainings and workshops for employees and managers on topics related to employee relations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of employee relations.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on issues related to workplace fairness and equity.
- Communicate investigation findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues before they escalate.
- Represent the company in unemployment and other legal hearings, as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster open communication and resolve conflicts.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or A Similar Role
Excellent Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations
Experience Conducting Investigations And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues.
