Job Description

As an Employee Relations Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into employee-related concerns and providing recommendations for resolution.   1. Conduct thorough investigations into employee-related concerns, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, and workplace conflicts.
  2. Analyze and assess evidence gathered during investigations to determine the validity of complaints and provide recommendations for appropriate resolution.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations and outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  6. Conduct trainings and workshops for employees and managers on topics related to employee relations.
  7. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of employee relations.
  8. Serve as a resource for employees and managers on issues related to workplace fairness and equity.
  9. Communicate investigation findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues before they escalate.
  12. Represent the company in unemployment and other legal hearings, as needed.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
  14. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
  15. Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster open communication and resolve conflicts.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
