- Develop and implement strategies to drive transformation and operational excellence within the organization.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions that drive efficiency and enhance the patient experience.
- Analyze current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of transformation efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate processes and procedures.

- Create and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership on progress and results of transformation initiatives.
