DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Director of Talent Management to join our dynamic team and lead our talent management strategies. As the Director, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of talent management, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy for the organization.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the talent management process, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
  3. Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize talent needs and create effective solutions.
  4. Design and implement programs and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and professional organizations, to support recruitment efforts.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of talent management professionals to ensure the successful execution of talent management strategies.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management best practices and trends.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and employees.
  10. Communicate talent management strategies and initiatives to all levels of the organization.
  11. Identify and address any talent gaps or challenges within the organization.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve talent management processes and programs to ensure they align with the organization's goals and values.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to talent management.
  14. Represent the organization as a leader in talent management at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Experience In Talent Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Talent Acquisition And Retention Strategies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
