- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy for the organization.
- Oversee all aspects of the talent management process, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize talent needs and create effective solutions.
- Design and implement programs and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and professional organizations, to support recruitment efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of talent management professionals to ensure the successful execution of talent management strategies.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management best practices and trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and employees.
- Communicate talent management strategies and initiatives to all levels of the organization.
- Identify and address any talent gaps or challenges within the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve talent management processes and programs to ensure they align with the organization's goals and values.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to talent management.
- Represent the organization as a leader in talent management at industry conferences and events.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Experience In Talent Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Talent Acquisition And Retention Strategies.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
