  1. Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  2. Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  4. Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Use data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
  8. Manage the recruitment budget and make strategic decisions to optimize resources and drive ROI.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and promote the organization's culture and values.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to support recruitment efforts.
  12. Work closely with the marketing team to develop recruitment marketing materials and campaigns.
  13. Stay informed of legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and ensure the organization's practices are in line with regulations.
  14. Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth and development.
  15. Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support the organization's growth and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Recruitment Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Recruiting Trends And Best Practices, Including Experience With Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
