  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize revenue operations and drive financial success for the organization.
  2. Oversee all aspects of revenue management, including billing, collections, reimbursement, and financial reporting.
  3. Analyze revenue data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and clinical departments, to ensure alignment and consistency in revenue operations.
  5. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track revenue performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with payers and other external stakeholders to negotiate contracts and resolve any billing or reimbursement issues.
  7. Manage a team of revenue operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality and efficient operations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations related to revenue operations, and proactively make necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for revenue operations to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on revenue performance and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
  11. Identify and implement technologies and tools to improve revenue operations processes and increase efficiency.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Revenue Operations Or Financial Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry, Specifically In The Dialysis And Kidney Care Space.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing Revenue Operations, Including Revenue Cycle Management, Billing, And Collections.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team.
