- Develop and implement a strategic plan for transforming the procurement processes within DaVita Kidney Care.
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to execute the transformation plan and achieve desired results.
- Conduct regular assessments of current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new procurement processes.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of the procurement transformation.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency.
- Facilitate training and development programs for procurement team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Establish strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and drive cost savings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and apply them to continuously improve processes within DaVita Kidney Care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to procurement processes.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on the progress and impact of the procurement transformation.
Proven Experience In Procurement Transformation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Procurement Transformation Initiatives In A Large Organization. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Procurement Strategies, Driving Cost Savings, And Improving Supplier Relationships.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director Of Procurement Transformation, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Procurement Professionals. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Team Members, Foster Collaboration, And Drive Results.
