Director, Nursing Services

DaVita Kidney Care seeks a highly motivated and service-oriented professional to serve as its Director, Nursing Services. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in nursing services• Proven leadership experience and success in a clinical operations setting• Ability to think strategically and make decisions that will have a positive impact on our patients and teams• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills• Current and valid RN/LPN license in state of practice

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and clinical operations • Oversee the management of nursing services staff and ensure they are working in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines • Analyze patient data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to resolve issues • Implement clinical and administrative policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient delivery of services • Establish performance standards and goals to ensure quality patient care • Establish and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with clinical staff, patients, and families • Actively participate in clinical meetings and provide input to support the organization’s mission and goals • Monitor and review patient outcomes and provide feedback to staff as needed • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws governing healthcare services
