We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Dietitian to join our team and play a crucial role in providing personalized nutrition care for our patients.   1. Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with chronic kidney disease.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  3. Conduct nutritional assessments and provide education to patients on dietary modifications.
  4. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to nutrition plans.
  5. Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and kidney disease.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to nutrition and patient care.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and protocols.
  10. Provide support and guidance to patients and their families regarding dietary choices and lifestyle modifications.
  11. Continuously educate and train patients on the importance of proper nutrition in managing chronic kidney disease.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  14. Identify and address any barriers to proper nutrition for patients, such as cultural or financial limitations.
  15. Act as a resource and mentor for other healthcare professionals on nutrition and kidney disease management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Dietetics, Nutrition, Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Registered Dietitian (Rd) Certification From The Commission On Dietetic Registration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Nutrition, Preferably In A Renal Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Renal Nutrition Guidelines, Including National Kidney Foundation And Academy Of Nutrition And Dietetics Recommendations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Educate And Counsel Patients About Their Nutritional Needs And Restrictions.
