1. Perform dialysis treatments in a safe, efficient, and compassionate manner.
2. Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and condition before, during, and after treatments.
3. Prepare dialysis equipment and supplies according to established protocols.
4. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the dialysis machines.
5. Educate patients and their families about the dialysis process and self-care techniques.
6. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
7. Administer medications and intravenous fluids as prescribed by the physician.
8. Document all treatments, observations, and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
9. Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
10. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
11. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on best practices and new developments in dialysis care.
