1. Conduct Dialysis Treatments: Perform dialysis treatments according to established protocols and physician orders, ensuring proper equipment and procedures are used.
2. Monitor Patient Vital Signs: Monitor and record patient vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatments, and report any abnormalities to the attending nurse or physician.
3. Assist with Medication Administration: Assist the attending nurse or physician with medication administration during dialysis treatments.
4. Maintain Clean and Sterile Environment: Ensure that the dialysis equipment, treatment area, and supplies are clean and sterile to prevent the spread of infection.
5. Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and comfort to patients during dialysis treatments, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
