1. Perform dialysis treatments for patients with kidney disease according to established protocols and procedures.
2. Monitor patients' vital signs and make necessary adjustments to treatment as directed by the supervising nurse or physician.
3. Assist with patient assessments before, during, and after treatments to ensure their safety and well-being.
4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments, progress, and any changes in condition.
6. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance as needed.
7. Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, equipment, and lifestyle changes to manage their condition.
8. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
9. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.
10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with patients, families, and team members.
11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care for patients.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

14. Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and scheduling patient appointments.
