Data Scientist, Clinical Analytics & Reporting

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Scientist, Clinical Analytics & Reporting to join the DaVita Kidney Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate insights to drive meaningful clinical decisions. You will be a critical contributor to the organization, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and reporting to drive meaningful change.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, clinical analytics, and reporting. You will have a strong knowledge of database management and data visualization tools, and a passion for working with complex data sets. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify meaningful insights and trends.
2. Develop reports to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate data-driven insights.
3. Utilize database management and data visualization tools to create and maintain databases.
4. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that data-driven decisions are appropriately implemented.
5. Proactively identify data discrepancies and develop strategies to resolve them.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, clinical analytics, and reporting.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation of all data analysis and reporting processes.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Provide support and training to other team members as needed.
