Job Description

Welcome to DaVita Kidney Care! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coordinator to join our team as a Web Content Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining our website content to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience for our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web content management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality content. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a drive for innovation and a desire to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Develop and maintain website content that is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our target audience.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure consistency in messaging across all web content.
  3. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.
  5. Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure all content is accurate, accessible, and compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  6. Create and implement a content calendar to ensure timely updates and fresh, engaging content.
  7. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to source and incorporate multimedia content, such as videos and images.
  8. Support marketing initiatives by developing content for email campaigns, social media posts, and other digital platforms.
  9. Develop and maintain a consistent tone and brand voice across all web content.
  10. Collaborate with the design team to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly website.
  11. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the website and address any issues.
  12. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including patients, families, and internal teams, to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines for content updates and launches.
  14. Monitor and report on website performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  15. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to website content and work with the IT team to resolve them in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Web Content Management And Development.

  • Proficiency In Html, Css, And Content Management Systems Such As Wordpress Or Drupal.

  • Strong Understanding Of Seo Principles And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
