• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care to patients with kidney disease
• Lead and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to promote a positive working environment
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans and ensure the highest quality of care for patients
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the clinic and staff, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards of care and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures
