Clinical Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a registered nurse in a dialysis setting, and a current and valid state license.The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the dialysis clinic, delivering quality patient care, maintaining cost-effective operations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory standards. The Clinical Coordinator will work closely with the Administrator and other members of the health care team to ensure the highest level of patient care is provided in a safe and compliant environment.This position requires a compassionate professional who is able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Clinical Coordinator must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to provide leadership and guidance to the health care team. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the dialysis clinic • Deliver quality patient care in accordance with established guidelines • Maintain cost-effective operations • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards • Work closely with the Administrator and other members of the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient care • Provide leadership and guidance to the healthcare team • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals • Monitor patient care and provide feedback to staff • Develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and operational efficiency • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff • Ensure patient safety and maintain a safe working environment
