1. Oversee and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients with kidney disease.
2. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
3. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
4. Serve as a patient advocate and ensure that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
5. Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and education to maintain a high level of clinical competency among team members.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
8. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare facilities to coordinate and facilitate patient care.

10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
11. Assist with the recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
