You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. You should also have a current RN license and be passionate about providing compassionate care to patients with kidney disease.   1. Coordinate and supervise the care of patients with chronic kidney disease.
  2. Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
  4. Develop and implement care plans for patients.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
  9. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  11. Serve as a resource for patients and their families regarding kidney disease and treatment options.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  13. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
  15. Stay current on advancements and changes in kidney disease treatment and share knowledge with team members.
  16. Assist with performance evaluations and development plans for team members.
  17. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
  18. Serve as a role model for ethical and compassionate patient care.
  19. Collaborate with other departments and facilities to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients.
  20. Regularly communicate with management and provide updates on patient care and team performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Dialysis Unit

  • Current Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Knowledge Of Dialysis Procedures And Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines
