  3. Conduct regular inventory checks and order necessary replacement parts and supplies.
  4. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with medical equipment.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  6. Document all equipment maintenance and repair activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical technology and equipment.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Biomedical Engineering Is Essential For This Role As It Involves Handling Complex Medical Equipment And Technology.

  • Prior Experience In Medical Equipment Maintenance: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Maintaining And Servicing Medical Equipment, Preferably In A Clinical Or Hospital Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Standards And Compliance: The Biomed Service Specialist Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Osha, To Ensure The Safety And Integrity Of Medical Equipment And Patient Care.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Involves Diagnosing And Resolving Technical Issues With Medical Equipment, So Candidates Must Possess Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Abilities.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Field Technician, The Biomed Service Specialist Will Interact With Healthcare Staff And Patients, And Must Possess Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Communicate Technical Information And Handle Any Issues Or Concerns.
