  1. Assist the Hospital Services Administrator in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  2. Collaborate with the hospital's leadership team to establish and implement strategies for improving the quality of patient care and services.
  3. Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are providing the highest level of care to patients.

  10. Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  11. Collaborate with other departments within the hospital to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the hospital's goals and objectives.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to hospital operations and patient care.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the hospital.
