
Assistant Facility Administrator

- Assist in the management and coordination of daily facility operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Monitor and maintain facility compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with the Facility Administrator to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of patient treatments and appointments.
- Manage and train a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Assist with financial management and budgeting for the facility.
- Collaborate with other departments and facilities to improve overall patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the facility's operations.
- Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and management to address any concerns or issues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with developing and implementing action plans.
- Provide support and guidance to staff to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Promote and maintain a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence within the facility.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Administration Role, Preferably In A Dialysis Or Kidney Care Setting.
Knowledge Of Relevant Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Osha.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With A Focus On Fostering A Positive And Collaborative Work Environment.
