- Support the daily operations of the healthcare facility, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist the Facility Administrator in overseeing the facility's financial and budgetary matters, ensuring all financial goals are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the highest quality of care for patients and maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage and maintain inventory of medical and office supplies, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings and provide input for improving facility operations and patient care.
- Assist with hiring, training, and supervising administrative staff, ensuring they are properly trained and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Coordinate and maintain employee schedules, including vacation and sick leave requests.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with creating and implementing facility policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations and patient care.
- Represent the facility in a professional and positive manner, promoting a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Administrative Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Standards.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, As Well As The Ability To Learn And Utilize New Technology Systems.
