Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing high-quality care to our patients.   1. Assist the Facility Administrator in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility.
  2. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  3. Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of patient care, facility operations, and financial transactions.
  5. Collaborate with the Facility Administrator to develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient and effective operations.
  6. Provide support and guidance to staff to ensure they are meeting performance and quality standards.
  7. Act as a liaison between the facility and external organizations, such as insurance providers and regulatory agencies.
  8. Assist with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for improvement.
  9. Help to identify and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and improve overall facility performance.
  10. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, and assist in training new employees.
  11. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Act as a role model for professionalism, ethical behavior, and dedication to patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Particularly In The Dialysis Industry.

  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Facility Management Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
