  1. Collaborate with the facility administrator to ensure efficient and effective operations of the dialysis center.
  2. Assist in managing and supervising staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  3. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
  4. Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
  6. Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and the facility administrator to address any concerns or issues.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  8. Assist in budget management and financial planning for the facility.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and new developments in healthcare to continuously improve processes and patient care.
  10. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  11. Represent DaVita Kidney Care in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  12. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and healthcare professionals to promote the services of DaVita Kidney Care.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the facility administrator.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Facility, Preferably In A Leadership Or Administrative Role.

  • Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Specifically Related To Dialysis Facilities.

  • Strong Organizational, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team And Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
