- Collaborate with the facility administrator to ensure efficient and effective operations of the dialysis center.
- Assist in managing and supervising staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
- Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and the facility administrator to address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Assist in budget management and financial planning for the facility.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and new developments in healthcare to continuously improve processes and patient care.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Represent DaVita Kidney Care in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and healthcare professionals to promote the services of DaVita Kidney Care.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the facility administrator.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Facility, Preferably In A Leadership Or Administrative Role.
Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Specifically Related To Dialysis Facilities.
Strong Organizational, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team And Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
