- Assist the Facility Administrator in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility
- Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with the Facility Administrator to develop and implement plans to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Manage and supervise facility staff, ensuring they are properly trained and providing high-quality care to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to patient care, staff performance, and facility operations
- Assist in managing the facility's budget and resources effectively

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Or Facility Management.
