- Provide administrative support to the Facility Administrator in daily operations and management of the facility.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth operations.
- Support the Facility Administrator in monitoring and managing facility budget and expenses.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for the facility, including patient information, financial data, and personnel records.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of staff to maintain adequate staffing levels and ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Serve as a liaison between the facility and various stakeholders, including patients, families, and community organizations.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, events, and trainings for facility staff.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and actively contribute ideas for improving facility operations.
- Uphold the company's values and mission of providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Staff, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Proficient In Computer Skills, Including Knowledge Of Electronic Health Record Systems And Microsoft Office.
