  4. Collaborate with the Facility Administrator to create and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.

  7. Support in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Facility Or Similar Administrative Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well With A Diverse Team.

  • Proficiency In Computer Software Programs Such As Microsoft Office And Electronic Medical Records Systems.
