- Assist the Facility Administrator in overseeing daily operations of the healthcare facility.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with company standards and policies.
- Collaborate with the Facility Administrator to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and facility efficiency.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are providing exceptional care and meeting performance goals.
- Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to healthcare operations.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, working to resolve issues and maintain patient satisfaction.
- Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in healthcare administration, implementing new strategies as needed.
- Support the Facility Administrator in maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and community partners.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Administrative Role, Preferably In A Dialysis Or Outpatient Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Osha.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.
