  • Collaborate with Facility Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the dialysis center, including scheduling, staff management, and patient care.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and managing a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between the dialysis center and other healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients' families.
  • Monitor and maintain the facility's budget, including managing expenses and identifying areas for cost-saving measures.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure the highest standard of care for patients.
  • Handle patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with other departments within DaVita Kidney Care to implement company initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the operations and patient care at the dialysis center.
  • Represent DaVita Kidney Care in a professional and compassionate manner, upholding the company's values and mission.
