- Develop and implement strategies for identifying and attracting top talent to the organization.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in talent acquisition and performance.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create effective recruitment and retention plans.
- Design and implement talent management programs to support employee growth and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job postings, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Identify and build relationships with potential candidates through networking and outreach efforts.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in talent management practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment and talent management activities.
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers and HR to provide updates on recruitment and talent management efforts.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize talent management processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Recruitment, Or Hr Analytics.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience With Hr Technology And Software, Such As Applicant Tracking Systems And Talent Management Platforms.
