  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support the improvement of healthcare delivery within DaVita Kidney Care.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare providers within the DaVita network to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  3. Utilize healthcare data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
  4. Monitor and track progress of identified initiatives and report on key performance indicators.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to ensure open communication and collaboration.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
  8. Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to drive practice engagement and improve patient outcomes.
  10. Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment on initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for practice engagement and patient care improvement.
  12. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data management processes and systems.
  13. Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and stay current on industry advancements.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Healthcare Operations Or Practice Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Various Stakeholders.
