Job Description

Welcome to DaVita Kidney Care, where we are dedicated to providing life-saving care for patients with chronic kidney disease. We are currently seeking an experienced Analyst to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and administration of our HRIS platform, ensuring accurate and efficient data management for our organization. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in HRIS administration, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for using data to drive decision-making.   1. Manage and maintain the organization's HRIS platform, ensuring accurate and efficient data management for all employee information.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to streamline HRIS operations.
  3. Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any discrepancies that arise.
  4. Generate and analyze reports from HRIS data to inform decision-making and provide insights to the organization's leadership team.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries and provide technical support to HR and other departments as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS administration and make recommendations for system updates and improvements as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations and protocols.
  8. Train and support HR team members and other employees on HRIS processes and procedures.
  9. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to HRIS, including system upgrades and implementations.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hris Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Hris Systems, Such As Workday Or Adp, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
