
Analyst, HRIS Administration

- Manage and maintain the organization's HRIS platform, ensuring accurate and efficient data management for all employee information.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to streamline HRIS operations.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot any discrepancies that arise.
- Generate and analyze reports from HRIS data to inform decision-making and provide insights to the organization's leadership team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries and provide technical support to HR and other departments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS administration and make recommendations for system updates and improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations and protocols.
- Train and support HR team members and other employees on HRIS processes and procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to HRIS, including system upgrades and implementations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hris Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Advanced Knowledge Of Hris Systems, Such As Workday Or Adp, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
