
Analyst, HRIS Administration

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst for our HRIS Administration team. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of our Human Resources Information System. Your expertise in data analysis and strong technical skills will be essential in supporting our HR team and ultimately, our mission of delivering quality care to our patients. - Perform regular audits and maintenance of employee data in the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the HRIS system.
- Develop and run reports to provide insights and analysis on HR data, including but not limited to employee demographics, turnover rates, and compensation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement process improvements to streamline data entry and reporting.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Train and provide support to HR team members on the use of the HRIS system.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HRIS administration.
- Assist in the implementation of new HRIS features and functionalities.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments to communicate system needs and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee data.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HRIS administration as needed.
- Uphold DaVita's core values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hris Administration Or Related Hr Technology Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hris Systems, Preferably With Experience Using Workday.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Data.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
