Job Description

If so, DaVita Kidney Care is seeking an Analyst, Compensation & Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our compensation programs are aligned with our business goals and objectives. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and utilize your expertise to inform and guide our compensation strategies.   1. Conduct thorough analysis of compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  2. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to develop and maintain compensation models and structures.
  3. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand business objectives and develop compensation strategies that align with organizational goals.
  4. Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages for employees.
  5. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate key compensation metrics.
  6. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide recommendations to support business decisions related to compensation.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  8. Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking activities to inform compensation strategies.
  9. Communicate with employees and managers to address questions and concerns related to compensation.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve compensation processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to ensure alignment of compensation budgets with overall company budget.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive compensation data.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  15. Train and educate managers and employees on compensation policies and procedures.
  16. Assist with the design and implementation of new compensation programs and initiatives.
  17. Support the annual performance and compensation review process.
  18. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in compensation practices across the organization.
  19. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on compensation data and analysis.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: An Analyst In Compensation And Analytics At Davita Should Possess Strong Quantitative And Qualitative Analysis Skills To Interpret And Make Sense Of Complex Compensation And Hr Data.

  • Knowledge Of Compensation Principles And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Compensation Principles, Such As Job Evaluation, Market Pricing, And Incentive Structures, To Support The Development And Implementation Of Competitive Compensation Strategies.
