The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and within a team environment.The Analyst, Clinical Operations will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Operations team in providing quality patient care and aligning with DaVita Kidney Care's mission. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in health care administration or a related field, and at least three years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and review all clinical operations to ensure quality patient care and compliance with DaVita Kidney Care's mission.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes.
  3. Provide administrative support to the Clinical Operations team.
  4. Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
  5. Maintain up-to-date records of clinical operations and patient care.
  6. Research and analyze relevant government regulations and industry trends.
  7. Prepare reports on clinical operations and patient care.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures for clinical operations.
  9. Troubleshoot issues related to clinical operations and patient care.
  10. Train and mentor staff in clinical operations and patient care.
