Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advisor, TM Relations to join our dynamic team at DaVita Kidney Care. As a global leader in kidney care, we are dedicated to providing our patients with exceptional service and support.   1. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  2. Serve as a liaison between team members and management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Provide guidance and support to team members regarding patient care and any issues that may arise.
  4. Conduct regular check-ins with team members to assess their needs and address any concerns.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve team member engagement and satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to patient care and team member relations.
  8. Identify and address any potential conflicts or issues within the team.
  9. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  10. Monitor and track team member performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  11. Participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to team member relations.
  13. Uphold and promote company values and mission of providing exceptional service and support to patients.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve upon team member relations processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Kidney Care Industry: A Qualified Advisor, Tm Relations Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Kidney Care Industry, Including Healthcare Regulations, Reimbursement Policies, And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Both Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building And Maintaining Relationships.

  • Experience In Relationship Management: The Advisor, Tm Relations Will Be Responsible For Managing Relationships With Various Stakeholders, Including Patients, Physicians, And Referral Sources. Prior Experience In Relationship Management Is Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: As An Advisor, Tm Relations, One Must Be Able To Identify And Address Complex Issues And Make Critical Decisions To Improve Patient Outcomes. Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities Are Key Qualifications For This Position.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team: The Advisor, Tm Relations Will Work Independently To Manage Relationships And Identify Opportunities For Improvement.
