1. Provide personalized and specialized care to patients with kidney disease.
2. Assess and monitor patients' condition and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
3. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
4. Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care and a positive patient experience.
6. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop comprehensive care plans.
