- Provide exceptional care to patients during acute dialysis treatments.
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and monitor patients' vital signs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on the dialysis process, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, treatment progress, and medication administration.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of dialysis equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Remain up to date on the latest developments and advancements in acute dialysis care.
- Exhibit a compassionate and supportive attitude towards patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.

Bls Certification: The Candidate Must Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) From The American Heart Association.
Valid Rn License: The Candidate Must Have A Current And Active Registered Nurse License In The State Where The Position Is Located.
Dialysis Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Acute Dialysis, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Strong Clinical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Clinical Skills, Including Knowledge Of Dialysis Procedures, Medication Administration, And Patient Monitoring.
Team Player: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Effectively As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team, Communicating And Collaborating With Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide The Best Possible Care For Patients.
